Excellent hotel, my room was spectacular! The pool is incredible.
The food could be better. The prices are way too high for the quality and they could have a wider array of choices.

We loved the hotel facilities, including the great gym and tennis court. The location in a lovely residential neighborhood was perfect for our stay, just a short walk to the long clean beach. the breakfast was excellent, with lots of fresh fruit to choose from. We also found the staff to be very great, especially Julia, Emiliano, Hernando, and Nicholas.

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing less than luxurious. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all my needs and exceeded my expectations. the spa and wellness centre provided various treatments, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. the location advantages, particularly the easy beach access and garden area, offered a peaceful atmosphere. the breakfast buffet, including fresh produce and hot drinks, was a perfect start to each day.
Although the service was impeccable, the entertainment options were limited. the Leisure/TV room was not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel.

Good food, friendly staff and nice pool area. The room was spacious and clean. Plus, the hotel offers free bikes to explore the surroundings and we enjoyed a nice ride.
The location was a bit far from the main attractions and the beach. It was also quite noisy during the night, making it hard to sleep.

The facilities were fairly new and well-maintained, with a modern and sleek design. the breakfast spread was good, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel was located close to a popular attraction, making it convenient to visit.
The service was quite poor. the staff seemed uninterested in assisting us and we were left waiting for long periods of time.

The location of this resort is fantastic for movie buffs with the cinema close by. You won't miss any conventions in Mantra's convention center. It's also very close to the ocean. the room is large, but let down by the bathroom which shows lack of maintenance. the service is adequate but not attentive. Breakfast is good with a variety of options. the pool area is truly top-notch and the spa is good.
The lobby bar service is slow.
